Vegetable OMLETTE
A delicious and healthy Veggie Omelette recipe with tips on how to make the PERFECT Omelette. Use your favorite vegetables to create your own perfect omelet.

* Step 1
Firstly, Heat Oil/Butter in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add onions and and saute until onions become clear. Now add all the veggies together Cover with lid for 2-4 minutes.
* Step 2
Now crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until eggs become light yellow in color. Set aside.
* Step 3
Open lid and add salt and chilli powder mix it well.
* Step 4
In a same pan slowly pour the eggs into the pan. Once the eggs are in the pan, do not stir! Let them just sit and start to bubble up a little bit.
* Step 5
Quickly fold one side of the omelet over the toppings like Coriander and mint leaves
