Spicy and Salty Chicken (Ayam Cabe Garam)
I love hot and spicy food. You can adjust the amount of the chili to your taste. How to make the fried chicken is the same with my orange chicken sauce, so please check it out too😉

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Heat a small sauce pan on a medium heat, pour 3 table spoon of olive oil. Stir fry shallots and garlic until crispy. Drain the excess oil, put aside.

Transfer the remain oil from the small sauce pan into a medium frying pan, sauté the chili, then add the scallion, stir in brown sugar, mushroom seasoning powder, salt, ground white pepper and soy sauce. Stir until combined.

Add in the fried chicken. Stir until the chicken fully coated. Then add in the mixture crispy garlic and shallots. Spread with some cashews (optional

Enjoy with hot steamed rice 😋

Panaskan penggorengan, tuang 3 sendok makan minyak goreng, goreng bawang merah dan bawang putih sampai krispy, tiris dan sisihkan.

Pindahkan sisa minyak menggoreng bawang putih dan bawang merah ke penggorengan yang lebih besar, kemudian tumis cabai rawit sampai layu, masukkan daun bawang, kemudian masukkan gula merah, bubuk kaldu jamur, garam, bubuk lada putih dan kecap asin, aduk sampai tercampur rata.

Masukkan ayam goreng, aduk sampai bumbu meresap ke ayam, kemudian masukkan bawang merah dan bawang putih goreng, aduk kembali. Tabur kacang mete, sesuai selera.
