Mother Bread
Reduced sugar sweet bread recipe from which I make all my sweet breads. NO MIXER variation at end of recipe.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Lightly oil and flour a bread pan.
* Step 2
Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, backing powder, cinnamon and nutmeg with whisk.
* Step 3
Mash/ grate fruit or vegetable and add to dry mixture.
* Step 4
Crack eggs in bowl adding one at a time.
* Step 7
Mix all with electric mixer. Check consistency.
* Step 8
Pour into bread pan. Bake at 350°F for approximately 40 minutes or more until fully baked.
* Step 9
Fully baked (when tooth pick/ knife inserted at center comes out clean.)
* Step 10
Variation: NO MIXER: Honey, butter and no nuts. Mix dry ingredients with a whisk. In separate bowl, mash banana into butter add all wet ingredients then eggs last, one at a time until well combined. Add into flour mixture and stir well. Bake approximately 40 minutes.
