Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredient

stew meat

2 cups

beef broth

1 can (28 oz)

diced tomatoes

to taste

salt & pepper

2 sticks

celery sliced

2 tsp

olive oil

cloves

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a deep pot add olive oil & stew meat & cook meat until browned. Then add beef broth & let boil for 10 mins.

* Step 2

Add veggies & can of diced tomatoes (don't drain) stir & cover. Cook for an hour & a half or until all veggies are tender.

* Step 3

Serve with crackers (optional) & enjoy
