Garlic Parmesan Broccoli & Mushrooms

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In large skillet on medium heat, heat your olive oil & add minced garlic. Cock minced garlic for 2-3 mins then add mushrooms.
* Step 2
Once the mushrooms are a light golden brown, add chopped broccoli. Cook until almost tender & then add lemon juice, dried onion, butter & salt & pepper. Cook for 5-7 more mins on low heat.
* Step 3
When all juice has evaporated add parmesan cheese & toss. Let stand for 5 mins & serve as a delicious side to any kind of meal. 😄
