Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt cream cheese, milk, and soup over low heat. Pour over frozen potatoes in 9x13 pan.

* Step 2

Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours

* Step 3

Remove from oven and top with cheese

* Step 4

Bake for 1/2 hour uncovered.
