Wild Rice Bread
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients. Put oil in lukewarm water.
* Step 2
Mix and knead for a while to make soft dough. Wrap it with film and stay it at warm place till double in size.
* Step 3
Add cooked wild grain in dough. Mix well.
* Step 4
Roll out the dough into an oval shape and roll both sides up.
* Step 5
Once you have shaped the dough, cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest.
* Step 6
When the dough has doubled in size, make cuts.
* Step 7
Sprinkle bread flour on it and bake in 180℃ preheated oven for 20 minutes.
