Japanese Suiton Soup
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Ingredients: cut all into bite size.
* Step 2
Cut chicken. Put Dashi powder in water and cook hard vegetables in it.
* Step 3
When boiling, skim off scum and make clear soup. Add other ingredients.
* Step 4
Make Suiton dumpling batter. Mix flour and water.
* Step 5
Put the spoon into the pot, scoop out the Suiton batter, and add it to the soup and boil.
* Step 6
Season with soy sauce to taste.
