Oyster pickled in Garlic Olive Oil

I bought oyster at the fish market on sale. So I made this pickled oyster for Christmas and new year feast.

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 bottle

Cooking time :

15 minutes
250-300 g

oyster

100 ml

olive oil

2 pieces

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash very well with salt and water.

Boil oyster in boiling water for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Slice garlic and cook in olive oil until small bubbles coming out. Just warm olive oil.

Combine oyster and olive oil in bottle.

Add some chili and pepper to taste.

Make Christmas wreath with oyster canapés.
