Fish Fry without frying
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Sprinkle vegetables oil on bread crumbs and mix well.
* Step 2
Microwave bread crumbs for 1 minute 600w, then mix well and microwave again for 1 minute. Repeat 3~4 times till good brown.
* Step 3
Sprinkle salt and pepper on scallops and white meat fish. Put mayonnaise and bread panko crumbs.
* Step 4
Bake in preheated oven. This time 180℃ 20-25 minutes
* Step 5
Eat with your favorite sauce. Enjoy 💕
