My mother’s Egg Soup

My mother often make this egg soup. Sometimes she makes Maggie consommé cubes and sometimes Japanese soup ( soy sauce and Dashi powder or fish stocks)

Ingredient

egg

20-30 cm

spring onion

2 cube

Consommé

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut spring onion

* Step 2

Make consommé soup (600ml) and simmer spring onion.

* Step 3

Stir egg and put in boiling soup.

* Step 4

Stir immediately and cook for 10 seconds and turn off the fire.

Garnish with green onion.
