Japanese Shrimp Tempura

We Japanese like this Shrimp Tempura. Please eat while hot and crispy.

Ingredient

4 tablespoon

flour

1 tablespoon

starch

1/2 teaspoon

baking powder

70 ml

water

1 cube

ice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove outside skin. Cut inside and make shrimp straight.

* Step 2

Make Tempura mixture putting one cube ice.

* Step 3

Put shrimp in Tempura mixture and immediately fry in 2cm deep oil. Sprinkle Tempura mixture over shrimp.

* Step 4

Fry both side

Garnish with green onion.
