Japanese White and Yellow Egg Roll
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Separate eggs. One is 4 egg whites. The other is 3 egg yorks + 1 egg. And salt to taste.
* Step 2
Oil the fry pan and pour half of egg white.
* Step 3
Roll from the top to the bottom. Oil the pan. Then pour another half of egg white.
* Step 4
And roll again. If you can’t make good shape please wrap and wait for 2 minuets
* Step 5
Oil the pan and pour egg york mixture and place the white egg roll on the top.
* Step 7
Wrap for a few minutes then cut
* Step 8
Garnish with salad leaves
