Creamed Turkey Gravy over biscuits

heavy cream

6 tablespoons

butter

1 teaspoon

salt

1/2 teaspoon

pepper

6 tablespoons

all-purpose flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large skillet, start warming up the milk, heavy cream, butter and chicken stock.

* Step 2

Whisk in the flour and work out all the lumps.

* Step 3

Add salt, pepper and a bit of garlic powder.

* Step 4

Continue heating till it comes to a boil and thickens up.

* Step 5

Stir in the turkey and simmer together a bit. Taste test to see if needing any additional spices. Add milk if too thick.

* Step 6

Serve over biscuits or toast.
