Slow Cooker Hearty Beefy Chilli (No Beans)

This is great for meal prep. It makes 8- 2cup servings and you can freeze a few servings for later in the month to mix up meals. Will keep for 30 days in freezer.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add all veggies and seasonings to crock pot and turn on high. Let veggies carmelize (about 15min)

* Step 2

Add all remaining ingredients except wine and meats to pot

* Step 3

Brown beefs first then turkey last and add to pot after letting grease drain.

* Step 4

Deglaze sautee pan with red wine and reduce by half then add to pot

* Step 5

Cook on high for 4 hours
