Sweet `n` sour chicken with rice Chinese style less than 500 calories
Again I'm watching my weight, with cooking from scratch, exercise daily & eating home cooked meals I lose weight or maintain. Saying this I eat loads have 1 meal of the following each week. Spaghetti bolognaisse, beef mushroom with rice, sweet n sour with rice, soups/stews and 2-3 roast dinners every week. With mini cooked breakfasts & healthy suppers. Most can be found on here.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add veg cube to hot water in a medium size jug
* Step 2
Add the following to the water & veg cube & mix with a fork until well blended.
* Step 3
Put rice on as per instructions.
* Step 4
When rice is nearly cooked, put the oil in a wok or pan & heat then add the chicken and keep turning over to avoid sticking. Keep doing this until cooked. About 3-4 minutes, then add the garlic, onions & peppers.
* Step 5
Keep on low to medium & keep stirring until all cooked thru & peppers are slightly crunchy. About 3-5 minutes.
* Step 6
Add, the sauce, stir if necessary before adding and keep stirring making sure everything is coated until the sauce thickens. Then turn heat to low to keep it warm while you drain & plate your rice.
* Step 7
Pour the sweet `n` sour over the rice & enjoy.
