Diet Lebanese Cheese Rolls

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl, mix the low-fat feta cheese, light mozzarella cheese, parsley and beaten egg together.
* Step 2
Take one triangular sheet of dough and place 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture at 2 cm from the bottom. Then fold the bottom of the sheet over the filling and roll it up. Dip the tip with some flour and water so that the roll will seal well. Repeat with the remaining dough and cheese mixture.
* Step 3
Spread 1 to 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil on the bottom of an oven tray. Arrange the rolls in the tray in one layer only and bake in the oven.
* Step 4
While baking, turn over the rolls a few times and remove when they become crispy and get a slightly brownish color from both sides.
