Tortillas (from Tortilla Mix)

Recipe from Wheat Belly Cook Book
**Follow the recipe for Tortilla Baking Mix that I have to make these.
**Must use parchment paper or it will stick to everything. They have a slight corn flavor too!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.
* Step 2
Whisk eggs and combine with baking mix. Divide dough into four equal portions.
* Step 3
Roll each ball between 2 pieces of parchment paper until 6" in diameter.
* Step 4
Place on baking sheet with both pieces of paper and bake 5 min. or until golden.
* Step 5
Store in the refrigerator.
