Broken wheat kheer
#coconut Broken wheat, is extremely light to digest yet, healthy and full of nutrition. It helps to keep us nourished during fasts and serves as a yummy dessert for kids and adults!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and pressure cook the Browkn wheat for upto 2 whistles
* Step 2
Take off from the cooker after the steam subsides
* Step 3
Melt jaggery in a saucepan using just 2-3 tablespoon of water
* Step 4
Add the broken wheat in the saucepan and mix well
* Step 5
Add the coconut milk and cook on Low heat until desired consistency is a achieved
* Step 6
Finally add cardamom powder. Mix well
* Step 7
Ina tadka pan, melt ghee and brown the cashews upto 1 minute
* Step 8
Immediately add them to the kheer along with the ghee and mix well
* Step 9
Serve hot or refrigerate before serving if you prefer cold kheer
