It's desi potato fries but not fries,I made roasted chilli potato in desi potato with indian spices.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take mixing bowl add potatoes marinate with all spices rest for 5 minutes
* Step 2
Take pan add ghee put marinated potatoes mix well and cover it,cook medium flame till potatoes is soft,
* Step 3
Than turn it over flame high cook till crispy both side,serve with your favourite chutney.
