Soya chaap roll

Soya has lots of protein I hope you guys like it this recepie is good for kids as well as elders

Ingredient

mustard oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a bowl add all spices then add cream, cashew paste, ginger garlic paste, last add hot mustard oil and chaap mix well

Rumali roti-for dough take bowl add maida, salt, enough cold water knead it well and cover it with samp cloth keep a side for 15 min

Then after 15 min pinch a small sized ball dough, roll and flatten it. also dust with some plain flour. furthermore, roll it into a thin circle. roll as thin as possible. stretch little so that it become thin. roll the rumali roti carefully over the rolling pin

Take kadai or chapathi tawa and heat for 2 minutes. then reverse the kadai and heat further more a minute. now slowly unroll the rumali roti over hot kadai. after 30 seconds you can see bubbles forming over roti. so flip off and cook the other side. meanwhile, with a help of towel gently press. once the golden brown spots start appearing, the roomali roti is done. Than take marinated chaap and cook them in tandoor

After 2-3 min chaap will be ready and take roomali roti apply green chutney and onions put tandoori chaap on it and roll it well

Than cook roll on tandoor for 5 min serve with green chutney and relish onions
