Ingredient

2-3 spoons

yoghurt

1 teaspoon

Coriander powder

1 teaspoon

garam masala

to taste

Salt

1/2 tsp

Haldi

1 teaspoon

Ghee

lemon

1 teaspoon

ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean and Wash chicken well.

* Step 2

Take yoghurt and mix all the ingredients into it.

Add chicken into it. Mix well.

MARINATE CHICKEN in fridge for 4 5 hours.

Take a pan add ghee.

Add chicken and let it cook.

Keep the charcoal on the other flame and let it burn.

Take a foil and put the charcoal over it. Put the ghee on it and cover the lid immediately. Keep the flame low.

After 5 6 mins chicken is ready to be served.
