Squid salad with lime n coriander
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First make a lime dressing( 2 garlic cloves,,4 coriander roots,,1 TSP sea salt,1 TSP ground white pepper,,2 green chillies finely sliced,,1 tbsp caster sugar, 2 tbsp lime juice,2 tbsp fish sauce
* Step 2
Place a lime dressing into mortar and pestle and pound to form a paste,add lime Juice and fish sauce and stir to combine set aside
* Step 3
Combine the soy sauce,sugar and oil in a bowl and add the squid.leave to marinated in the fridge for 10 minutes
* Step 4
Preheat frying pan until hot. Cook the squid in batches if necessary for 1-2 minutes on each side until just cooked
* Step 5
Place the red onion, mangetout,peas,herbsand squid in a bowl pour.over lime dressing and toss to combine
