Milk

Lemon Juice

2-3 tablespoons

Oil

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan over medium flame. Add cumin seeds and allow them to crackle. Add grated ginger, crushed garlic and chopped green chilli and sauté for a minute.

Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent, about 2-3 minutes.

Add chopped tomato and chopped capsicum, stir and cook until they turn soft and oil starts to separate for approx. 2-3 minutes.

Add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt, mix well.

Add milk, and fresh cream/ malai

Mix and cook for a minute.

Add crumbled paneer and lemon juice.

Mix and cook for 3-4 minutes; stir occasionally in between to prevent sticking.

* Step 1

Take oil in a kadhai. Add the whole garam masala.

Put cumin seeds and allow them to splutter

Add ginger and garlic, chilli, saute until the raw smell goes off.

Add onions and fry until lightly transparent. Add required salt and mix well.

Now mix chopped/mashed tomatoes, peas and capsicum and fry for about 3 minutes covered. Fry until it turns soft.

Mix crumble paneer well with the veggies and stir. Fry till everything blends well (just for 2 minutes.)

Take boiled sweet potatoand peel them. Mashed them with potato masher or hand. Add all the chopped veggies,grated ginger and green peas.

Add all powder spices.mix well.add coriander leaves,bread crumbs and corn flour.mix all together very well. Tips: bread crumbs absorb the extra moisture and corn flour make it crispy.

In a thali or bowl take barley flour,wheat flour and gram flour. Add salt,all powder spices and kasuri methi.mix well. Add ghee and mix again.

First take boiled peas and put in a grinding jar.grind it coarsely.transfer it in a plate. In the same jar take boiled Rajma, green chillies and ginger garlic paste grind them coarsely.
