* Step 1

Boil the potatoes in cooker and mesh it properly.

* Step 2

In a pan heat oil and then add anion along with other veggies along with potatoes.

Then add all the dry masala

Spread potato mixture in slight heap leaving the edges and sprinkle seasame seeds and press it.

Place it on the pan and let it cook for few mins

In a grinder add onion garlic green chillies corn and grind to a fine paste.

Remove the paste into a bowl and add the carrots capsicum and coriander

Add rice flour and maida and remaining corn in the mixture. Add salt. Add water and make a consistency which can be spread easily by spoon.

Heat oil in a kadhai. Spread the mixture with help of spoon. Flip a the cook when colour changes. Cook on medium heat till crisp.

* Step 1

Grate the veggies.Add all veggies and dry spices along with flour.

Add water and knead a bit tight dough. Pinch a ball shaped dough. Dut flour on a flat surface. With fingers flatten the dough. Make a few insertions with fingers in the paratha.

Heat a tava. Add the flattened paratha on it. Cook on both sides adding oil. Cook till golden on both sides.

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients except oil and eno and make a smooth batter. Add some water so that we get a semi solid batter.

Heat an appe pan. Add drops of oil in the cavities. Add eno in the batter and give a quick mix. With help of spoon scoop the mixture into the cavities of appe pan.

After 2 to 3 minutes turn the appe with help of a fork or spoon. Add few drops of oil again. Cook till they turn golden brown all over.
