tuar daal

peanuts

mustard seeds

methi daana

1/4 tbsp

heeng

as per taste

jaggery

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1/4 tbsp

red chilli

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the daal and cook in the pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles.

Allow it to cool and then make a fine paste in mixer.

Sooran, peanuts and khajoor in required quantity along with water should be pressure cooker till 2-3 whistles.

* Step 4

In a pan take ghee and add sarson and jeera.

Then add remaining fry ingredients and cook on a medium flame.

Now add water, cookam, tomato, lemon juice and ginger and mix well.

Let it boil on a medium flame for 15-20 mins.

Add the above mixture made in step 3 and stir it continuously.

Cook it for another few mins.

Oil ko garam karen isme pyaz add karen brown hojayen to curry patta kalonji methi dana or rai daal dein

Achi tarah bhun le or namak lal mirch sanut lall mirch add karein

Or usko achi tarah bhune or 1/2 glass pani daal kar cook karen

Jab oil nikal aaye to jmli ka pulp daal kar achi tarah mix karlen

* Step 6
