* Step 1

Wash and peel knol khol and cut into pieces. Take one vessel add all the mention ingredients,mix it properly.

* Step 2

Add one teaspoon of oil in a kadhai add the vegetables mixed in spices.cook in a low flame.

* Step 1

Wash and chop methi. Roughly peel patatoes and cut into small pieces.

* Step 2

Take oil in a kadhai add Jeera and chopped chillies.Gradully add chopped patotoes after 2 minutes add methi,matar and chopped tomatoes.Add all spice powder and salt.mix all these things together and cook for 10 min.

* Step 1

At first make a masala with mention ingredients keep it aside

* Step 2

Peel and cut kacha Kaela into big chunks.

* Step 3

Take oil in a kadhai add sugar gradually add onion after frying of 2 minutes add masala then add kaccha kela fry for 5 minutes in a low flame add all kinds of dry masala and salt cook for another 5 minutes.

* Step 4

Add adequate amount of water give a boil for another 5 to 10 minutes.

red chilli powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first take oil in a kadhai add chopped onions and sugar fry for 4 minutes then add matar. Gradually add tomato paste, salt and all kind of dry powder masala as I mentioned.

* Step 2

Fry for 5 minutes then add paneer pieces mix all these things together and half cup of water fry till water evaporates and give a thick texture.
