There are so many versions of preparing this lauki chana dal ki sabji. This is my version

Ingredient

250 grams

Lauki

2 tablespoons

chana dal

Half teaspoon

of haldi

Half teaspoon

of red chilli powder

Half teaspoon

of Dhaniya powder

Half teaspoon

of jeera

Half teaspoon

of mustard seeds

Half teaspoon

of whole coriander

2 tablespoons

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, wash and soak chana dal for half an hour.

* Step 2

Wash and peel lauki and cut to pieces. Boil along with a cinnamon stick, bay leaf, and a small amount of haldi. Cook for three whistles on low flame no need to add so much water

* Step 3

Take oil in a Kadai add mustard seeds, jeera, and whole coriander. Gradually add two kinds of Chillies and add sliced onion fry for 3 to 4 minutes on a low flame. Tomato fry for another 2 minutes. After that add boiled lauki add red chili powder, Dhaniya powder, and salt cook for another 10 minutes on a low flame and it's done.

* Step 1

Clean palak leaves, chop them, and keep them aside. wash and soak chana dal for 10 minutes.

* Step 2

Take oil in a cooker, add jeera, mustard seeds,2kinds of dal, and green chilies. Allowed crackle.

Gradually add dal followed by Palak and mango. then add tamatar fry all these things for 2 minutes, add haldi, red chili powder, and salt. fry for a minute, add the required amount of water cook for 3 to 4 whistles on a low flame.

Roughly peel tori, and cut into pieces.chop tori, tamatar and green chillies.

Take three table spoons of oil in a kadai add Hing, mustard seeds, chana daal, jeera and groundnuts. After 2 minutes add chopped onions fry for 2 minutes, gradually add Chopra ingredients fry for 5 minutes. After that add haldi, sugar, salt and Kadi patta. After 5 minutes add baesan and fry for another 5 minutes in a low flame.

Wash poha strain it and keep it aside Add haldi, salt, sugar and lemon juice into it keep it aside

* Step 2

Take 2 tablespoon of oil in a kadhai add jeera, after a minute add matar, groundnuts after 2 minutes add sliced onion and green chilli after 2 minutes of frying add Kadi patta and poha mix well serve hot.
