Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Subse phele puri ka atta soft sa gondh k rakh dein for half hour.

* Step 2

Ab halwa ready karen ek pan me ghee garam karen illaichi dalien aur sooji ko bhon lein.

* Step 3

Ab pani food color add karen aur sugar add kar k mix kar k cook kar lein.ready hojaye to nuts add kar lein.

Tarkari k liye pan me oil dalien lehsan adrak k paste add karen zeera aur baki masaly dal k bhone aur pani add kar k cook hone dein.

Moong dal ko 3/4 hours soak kar dein. Ab lehsan k sath paste bana lein phir namak,zeera,lal mirch powder dal k mix kar lein aur fry kar lein.
