Subse phele chawal bhigo dein. Ab ek pateeli me oil dalien aur pyaz brown karen phir qeema aur lehsan dal k bhon lein..phir saray maslay qeema me dal k ache se cook kar lein jab gal jaye to ready hai side pe rakhen

* Step 2

Ab daal ko bhigo ko boil kar lein khari khari. Phir chawal me chawal k ingredient dal k boil kar lein aur pani drain kar dein. Ab ek pateeli me qeema ki layer lagaen phit adhe chawal dalien phir daal ki teh lagayen uper dahi aur podina hari mirche dal dein.

* Step 3

Akhir me baki k chawal dalien 2 tbsp lemon juice zarde ka rung dal k dum dein.

Chawalon ko dho k bhigo dein.aloo ko wash kar k cheel lein aur big cube me cut kar lein.

Ek pateeli me oil dalien aur pyaz ko golden karen phir zeera aur saboot garam masala add karen k bhonay aur lehsan adrak paste,green chillies aur tematar cut k add kar k bhon lein.

* Step 3

Ab sub masalay add karen aur bhon lein aloo add karen aur pani dal k half done hone tak cook kar lein.

* Step 4

Chawal add karen salt add karen aur paknay dein dum lagatay hue chopped hara dhanya aur podina add kar dein.

Achay se dum ajaye pani dry hojaye to mix karen aur salad,chutines ya raitay k sath serve karen.

Baki ke ingredients add karen.channo ki yakhni alag kar lein aur channo ko is masalay me dal ke 5 min bhonay.

Ab yakhni add karen.aur sath hi salt aur rice add kar dein.

* Step 6

Pani 1 cup reh jaye to khishmish,chopped hara dhanya,podina add karen aur crushed black pepper aur dum laga dein.

After 15/20 min dum open karen ache se mix up karen aur chillay hue badam dal ke garam garam serve karen salad raitay ke sath.
