50 gm

baby corn

3 tbsp

mustard oil

1/4 tsp

zeera

1 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

haldi powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut baby corn into thin roundals, boil then upto 90%, strain them, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add zeera, let it splutter.

In goes green chilli & onion, stir fry it until light brown.

* Step 4

Now add boiled aloo & baby corn, stir fry it for a minute.

Add in ginger garlic, mix it well. In goes salt, haldi powder & kashmiri red chilli powder, stir fry it for a minute. Sprinkle garam masala powder, mix it well.

Now add dhania patta, stir fry it for a minute.

Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania sprig...

* Step 1

Wash Shimla mirch, keep aside. Keep aside boiled aloo too.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes hing & zeera, let it splutter.

Now add ginger garlic, saute it for a minute. Add in onion, stir fry it for a minute.

In goes Shimla mirch, mix it well.

Add aloo now, stir fry it for a minute. Add in salt & sugar, mix it well. Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhania powder & garam masala powder, mix it well.

Sprinkle lil water, give a stir. Add tomato now, stir fry it for a minute.

Boil gobhi florets upto 90 %, keep aside.

Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes onion & green chilli, saute it until light brown.

Add in gobhi, aloo, stir fry it for a minute. In goes ginger garlic, stir fry it for a minute.

Now add salt (adjustable), mix it well, sprinkle very lil water, cook it covered on low flame for 2 minutes.

Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Now add hing, zeera, let it splutter.
