* Step 1

Yakhni ke liye pani me sb ajza dal kar 2 ghnty pkayen or chaan kar rakh lein

* Step 2

Kofty ke liye chopper me qeema or sary ajza mila lein pees lein or 1 tsp sy 60 small balls bana lein oil me fry kar ke rakh lein

Pulao ke liye oil me piaz fry karein ginger garlic paste dal dein sary gram msaly dal kar fry karein dahi dal dein pkayen

* Step 4

Phr yakhni dal kar chawal nmak or hari mirchen dal kar dum dein

* Step 5

Kofty or fried onions dal kar 5 minute or dum dein

* Step 6

Dish out karein kofty py silver paper lagakar garnish karein

* Step 7

Salad or raita ke sath serve karein

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Karahi me beef dal lein or pani garlic paste dal mr mix karein or low flame py cover kar ke cook karein

* Step 2

Meat gal jaye or gravy dry ho jaye to oil dal dein nmak kali mirch zeera dal kar mix karein

* Step 3

Tamater ko 4 slice me ya half cut lagake dal dein or 5 minute low flame py cook karein

* Step 4

Chilka utar jaye to phenk dein or chmach sy mash kar gravy bana lein hari mirchen b cut lagakar dal dein

* Step 5

Achy sy bhun jaye oil chor dy to gram msala dal dein or flame off kar dein

* Step 6

Dish out kar adrak sy garnish karein salad raita naan ya chapati ke sath serve karein

Mutton qeema chopper me dal lein or sary ajza dal kar achy sy pees lein 1 ghnta frij me rakh dein

* Step 2

Pan me oil gram karein or qeema hath me ly kar kbab bana lein or shallow fry kar lein

* Step 3

Bowl me mayo chilli garlic sauce salt black pepper or lemon juice dal kar mix karein dip ready hy

* Step 4

Burger buns ko tawy py toast kar lein or butter spread kar lein salad ka ptta rakhen kbab rakhen kheera or tmater ke slices rakhen cheese slice rakhen or burger ready kar lein sary

* Step 1

Chops ko thora flat kar lein 2 cup pani me chops dal dein brtan khula lein

* Step 2

Ab is me ginger garlic paste soya sauce sirka kutti kali mirch kuti lal mirch ajwain nmak dal kar mix kar lein low flame py 30 sy 35 minute ya tender hony take pkayen gravy dry ho jaye

Dusry bowl me 2 andy phent lein chany ka powder mix karein or chops me dal kar mix karein

Golden ho jayen to kitchen towel py nikal lein serving platter me rakhen ketchup ke sath enjoy karein

* Step 1

Oil me sabat gram msala fry kar ke piaz fry karein ginger garlic paste dal kar fry karein or qeema dal dein

* Step 2

Color change ho jaye to tmater dahi nmak mirch haldi dhnia dal kar 10 minute low flame py cover kar ke cook karein

* Step 3

Ab aloo dal dein or 7 sy 8 minute mzid cook karein alu gal jayen or oil nikal eye to pisa gram msala dal dein

* Step 4

Hari mirchen dhania adrak dal ke serve karein

* Step 5

Platter me boil rice rakhen ali qeema or mint raita serve karein lasury ka achar or grapes rakhen or enjoy karein
