#5pm #healthy moong and cheera pitha is made with lentils and with less oil best to have with evening tea .

Ingredient

50 gms

poha rice

1/2 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soaked the moong and poha rice for 10min.and grinder the moong dal,and poha rice in a fine paste.and in a mixing bowl combine the besan flour, cheera,and moong together and mix it nicely.

Next,add tomato and onion puree,and blend the ingredients again.then add green chilli,salt,blackpepper,and chopped dhania in a batter.and mix it properly with a spoon.

Heat 1tsp butter in a tawa,and pour the batter and spread it in a pitha shape.and fry upside down till it's well fried and dark golden brown. Check it with a spatula to check wether it was fried well.

Spread a little amount of butter in both side and keep on sriring till it's done.and switch off the flame and pour in the plate.

Moong cheera pitha is ready to serve with tea.and tomato chutney.

3 tablespoon

corn flour

1 tablespoon

bean chopped

Coriander powder

1 tablespoon

turmeric powder

* Step 1

In a bowl mix the flour with salt,corn flour,and water.make a fine smooth batter. And keep aside for 5 min.

* Step 2

Mean while heat the oil in a pan. Fry the chopped onion,and green chillies chopped. Mix the tomato chopped. Fry till it's soft. Add ginger paste,chopped kaju. And mix well. Now add all the chopped vegetables given fry for sometime. Till it's water gets dry.add the masala given. And fry till it turns soft and well cooked. Mix the chopped coriander leaves nicely with the vegetables.

* Step 3

Next heat 1tablespoon oil in a tawa.and pour the prepared batter in the oil make it a round shap and fry upside down,till it turns light brown. Take out from the pan. Now put the cook vegetables inside the pitha and roll it properly. pour the chocolate syrup on the top and garnish it with grated cheese. And serve it in the plate.

* Step 1

In a bowl mix all the flour with salt as per taste.add chopped onion,turmeric,red chilli powder,azwain, chopped green chillies,onion leaf,ginger paste, mix it properly with all the ingredients given till the bubble goes away.

* Step 2

Heat refined oil in a karhai.and pour the prepared pakora batter in it.fry till it's turn in a raddish brown. check meanwhile wether it was finely cooked or not by pressing the finger in pakora. Fry the pakora on both the side carefull so that it will not burn.

* Step 3

After wards take out the pakora from the karhai.and serve hot with tea.

UWash and roughly chop your vegetables. Place them in a blender and blend

Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the blended vegetables and let simmer until it reduces by half

Transfer the sauce into a baking tin and Make four indentations in the tomato mixture for the eggs. Crack the eggs into the indentations.

Transfer into the oven and bake for 5 - 8 minutes under 170 degrees until the eggs are firm

* Step 1

Peel, wash and dice the potatoes into small bitable sizes. try make them at least equal in size.

Place in simmering water and add some salt. let simmer for 5 minutes (until 50 % cooked). drain

Heat oil in a pan and add in the cumin powder, mix. add in the ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.

Add in the turmeric, paprika and some salt. add in some a dash of water and stir. let simmer for at least 2 minutes

Add in the potatoes and give a good mix, stirring/tossing for 8 - 10 minutes.
