Korean pancake "pajeon" with leftover vegetables -ย ํŒŒ์ „๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท

Korean pancake is easy and quick to make at home! This time, I used leftover vegetables at home which are Chinese chive and onion. Adding carrots, shrimps, leek, meat, kimchi must be delicious too!!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients for the pancake in a bowl. Add Chinese chive and onion(or any ingredients you want).

* Step 2

Heat some sesame oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, pour the batter and use the spatula to spread the batter to make a round shape. Fry for around 5 minutes, until the pancake is golden brown. Flip and cook on the other side with covered with a lid.

* Step 3

Once both sides and inside are well cooked, serve on a plate. Mix all ingredients for the sauce and enjoy with it!
