What do you usually do with peels and leaves of the white radish? Please don't throw away! White radish peels are said to be fiber-rich which helps your digestion.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel white radish with a peeler and cut the peel in small pieces.
* Step 2
Cut the white radish leaves in same sizes.
* Step 3
Heat some sesame oil in a frying pan and stir fry chopped peels and leaves for 5 mins under the medium heat.
* Step 4
Add mirin and cook for 3mins.
* Step 5
Add soy sauce and cook for 1 min.
* Step 6
Add shrimp, sesame seeds and bonito flakes! Mix and ready to enjoy with white rice!!
