Korean pickled radishes "Chicken-mu" which goes perfectly well with yangnyeom chicken - ์น˜ํ‚จ๋ฌด๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ‡ท

Korean pickled radish is always served and eaten together with Korean fried chicken. If you cook yangnyeom chicken(please check out my recipe), I really recommend you to cook this side dish too!!๐Ÿฅฐ It is very refreshing when paired with the chicken.

Ingredient

White radish

100 g

Sugar

15 g

Salt

100 g

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel the white radish and cut into 1 cm cubes. Put them in the heat resistant container.

* Step 2

Combine sugar, vinegar, salt, and water in a pot and heat until salt and sugar are well dissolved.

* Step 3

Pour the pickling liquid over the radish.

* Step 4

Once it cools down, keep in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving. You can enjoy up to around 2 weeks.
