Easy Baked Macaroni and Cheese🧀
My family loves baked macaroni and cheese. So much so that I find myself making this easy recipe almost weekly. This recipe only takes 4 main ingredients and can be whipped up super quickly for those weeknights you just need to get something on the table!

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
In a large pot bring water to a rolling boil. Add macaroni noodles for 5-6 minutes. (Do not cook through as you want them to be half done so that they hold up in the oven) You want them to be slightly cooked.
* Step 3
Remove macaroni from pot and set aside.
* Step 4
Take 2 cups of shredded cheese and dust with corn starch. Ensure cheese is well coated. Set aside.
* Step 5
In a medium sauce pan on medium heat add the 2 cups shredded cheese. Add in seasonings. Then add in the evaporated milk a little bit at a time. Stir consistently until sauce starts to form. (About 5-10 minutes) If it starts to thicken too quickly you can add a bit of milk.
* Step 6
Once your sauce has started to thicken remove from the heat and add in your macaroni noodles. Stir until well combined.
* Step 7
In a square well greased baking dish add in your macaroni and cheese mixture. Top with remaining cheese and transfer to the oven m. Let back for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top and sides are bubbly.
* Step 8
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
