Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak chana, (if you aur using pre prepared boil chana skip this step)
* Step 2
Boil chickpeas with baking soda and salt.When full done Strain and keep aside.
* Step 4
Boil potatoes, cut in mini cubes.
* Step 5
Soaked phulki and set aside.
Add sugar in yogurt and mix it well. Add soaked phulki in it, set aside
* Step 6
In a big bowl, add chickpea with cumin, chat masala,crushed red chili flakes, imli chutney, tomatoes, potatoes and fresh coriander and mint leaves
* Step 7
Add green chili and mix it well. Set aside
* Step 8
Start assembling, firstly add phulki mixture in your plate then add chickpea chat in it. Last add some papri on top and drizzle some imli chutney
