Warm New Potato Salad

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain and allow to dry in the steam of the pan.
* Step 2
Whisk together the olive oil, lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper. Then pour over the potatoes and mix well. Can be served warm or cold.
