Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash wheat Grits and put in a collender and steam for 8mins

* Step 2

Pour little water In a pot, pinch of salt and little oil

* Step 3

Add steamed grits in the water, spring onions and reduce heat to low and allow to cook properly

* Step 4

Serve with any soup of your choice, I served mine with vegetable soup😋
