Locust beans jollof rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour oil in a pot after it bcm hot,add onions and fry then stir in tomato paste and fry for another 4mins
* Step 2
Add grated chilli and grinded locust beans then pour in a little amount of water
* Step 3
Add ginger, garlic, maggi and salt to taste and cover to boil
* Step 4
Add in the parboiled rice and semi cooked beans together and allow to cook slowly reducing the heat
* Step 5
Serve with fried chicken and cabbage
