Golden Yam And Tamarind Pap

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pour oil in a non-stick pan and allow it to bcm hot
* Step 2
Break eggs in a bowl and cut onions in with little salt and pepper then beat until smooth
* Step 3
Deep yam in the egg and start frying until golden brown. I eat mind with dry garlic pepper
* Step 4
For the pap, you soak tamarind in warm water and sieve after sometimes
* Step 5
Put the desired amount of grinded millet in the tamarind water to make a paste in a large bowl
* Step 6
Pour boiled water on top to thicken as desired
* Step 7
Put the desired amount of sugar and serve hot
