Simple Eggplant Cooking
Summer! Eggplants! I grow summer vegetables in my garden. The fresh vegetables have crisp and juicy flesh. I want to cook quickly, easily, in a short period of time while the vegetables are fresh! This recipe is for that.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry the eggplants until browned.
* Step 2
Pour the sauce over them. Saute on the both sides until the liquid is almost gone.
* Step 3
Turn off the heat, add Japanese leek and stir once. Top with sesame.
