Veggies vermicelli
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First steam the veggies 2 minutes in a microwave with 1 tbsp of water
* Step 2
Now heat 4 tbs of oil in a big pan add cumin seeds when crackle add ginger garlic chopped and curry leaves and tej patta now add chopped onion till it in pinkish colour.add vermicelli broken and stir till light golden or easy to stir it means it is roasted.
* Step 3
Add all veggies which u have steamed add it and mix well add all salt and garam masala and add two glass of water or just to dip the vermicelli level and when boil came slow the heat and cook till water evaporates and seem just like rice separately.
* Step 4
Serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy the lovely breakfast
