Bhaji cheesy pakora

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First slit the chilli and deseed all make sure don't cut the stem. Heat oil in a pan add onion saute little add all capsicum chopped saute for a minute and off the gas add oregano,chilli flakes.

* Step 2

I did not use salt because amul cheese is salty. Mix grated cheese and fill nicely all the chilli and keep it aside.

Now make a paste of maida flour by adding salt and chilli flakes. First dip in the maida batter and then roll on bread crumbs do all like that and heat the oil and fry all the chilli and serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy with evening tea.
