Yes, you heard right: this is about the veggies. The chicken recipe I already posted. Why? Less sufurias, less time, tastier veg, healthier veg, good looking veg. I learnt an amazing technique when I was working at a certain hotel: cooking vegetables in highly flavourful stocks and broths to enhance their flavour. I've been practising that, together with myriad other ideas from TV cooking shows about how to elevate your vegetables so they're not a drag to eat. So my fellow mums, you don't have to flog your kids to eat veggies like enzi zetu LOL! Make them love them by elevating! More creative veggie recipes coming soon!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

When the stew is cooked, drop in your veggies to take in the flavour for a few minutes. Be careful not to overcook the veg. Also make sure the vegetable pieces are not too small so they can be easily picked out. Make sure to make the stew quite flavourful so the taste is not affected by the veg. Then it's just a matter of fishing out the tasty morsels!
