Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pressure cook the add(kidney beans)dal till it is soft and keep it aside
* Step 3
Heat oil/ butter in a pan add cumin seeds,pounded green chilli, ginger, garlic paste and onion
* Step 4
Saute the onion till they are golden brown and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder coriander powder, and garam masala
* Step 5
Mix well and add the tomato puree and cook it for about 7 minutes
* Step 6
Add the cooked rajma beans and some water then add amchur powder.close and cook for about 10 minutes
* Step 8
Add a tsp of sugar to balance out the flavours and finally add kasuri methi
* Step 9
(Kidney beans)Rajma masala is ready to served hot with some jeera rice.
