udad daal

rice

Ginger

jeera

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

At first, wash and soak two kinds of dal and rice for 6 hours.

* Step 2

Grind as a thick batter with ginger, chilies salt, and sugar. Allowed to ferment overnight.

Steam as dhokla. Then tempered with mustard seeds, curry patta and slitted chilies. Add this Into Dhokla and sprinkle some sugar water on top.
