Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take out 180 ml milk from the 400 ml milk.
Into it add custard powder and make a lumpfree slurry.
Keep aside.
* Step 3
Next take milk and boil it. As it becomes hot, add coffee powder and mix.
Put it into a pan. Let it boil. Now take the custard slurry and mix it. Add the custard slurry into the boiling milk and mix continuously to avoid any lumps. As it is thickening, add sugar as per your taste and continue mixing. All these times keep the heat very slow.
* Step 6
As the custard is thick enough, switch off the heat.
Now in a grinder jar take arrowroot biscuits and 1 peanut rajgira chikki. Grind into a course powder.
* Step 7
Next take a glass. Put the biscuit and chikki mixture at the base. Upon it put the prepared chocolate coffee custard.
* Step 8
To add more crunch you can garnish with some coarsely crushed chikki.
* Step 9
Keep it chilled until served. Dig in from sides and enjoy the dessert
