Happy 75th Republic Day to all. I have prepared a tri colour delicious and yummy Dhokla to celebrate this day.
Ingredient

4 to 6 servings

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind the sooji to powder and add curd to it, allow it to soak all curd for 15 minutes. Oiled a tin to make dhokla.
* Step 2
Then mix grated aam ada, salt with curd soaked semolina. Add 1 Tbsp oil to make dhokla soft.
* Step 3
In the meantime heat 3 cups of water in a deep vessel with a stand to boil. Make green and saffron puree.
* Step 5
Activate the green batter with 1/2 Tsp Eno fruit salt and 1/2 Tsp water.First pour green batter in the greased tin. Steam for 5 minutes to get set. Likewise after activation pour white batter to the dhokla tin.
* Step 6
Then after 5 minutes when white batter is set,pour saffron puree and steam for 5 minutes. Bring down and allow to cool down. De-mould, add tadka, cut in pieces and serve. Njoy and Thanks.
